Graphic design for packaging
My experience in graphic design for packaging includes rigid packs for confectionery, toys and point of sale. Flexible packs, twist wraps and flow wrap for confectionery trade and packaging for the food industry. My graphics also appear on labels for beer, marine and industrial products, soaps, cosmetics and packaging for the automotive industry.
Branding and positioning
This experience is not limited just to the design of the packs or labels, but also to the branding and positioning of the products. The rebranding of products for various clients has allowed access to new markets previously unavailable to them.
Creative packaging design producing sales
One client had an entire confectionery range listed by a national supermarket chain, solely on the strength on the repackaging of two products. Another was able to have their truffle range sold through Harrods after a rebranding exercise that I carried through. Similar success was achieved for an independent brewery with one of their products in particular which took its place on many of the major supermarkets' shelves. They also had increased sales of two of their draught beers after each had been relaunched with a new image.
